At Jingle Bells, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we strive to deliver products in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Exchanges (Damaged Products Only)

Exchanges are permitted only in the case of a damaged product. To request an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • A claim must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

  • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Clear evidence (such as photos/videos) of the damage may be required for verification.

3. Replacement Process

Once your claim has been verified:

  • A replacement will be arranged for the same product whenever possible.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be provided.

4. Final Decision

Jingle Bells reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies for an exchange after inspection and verification.
